How Much Does Dune Buggy Cost

Castle ruins of Montfaucon (Marigny-Brizay, Vienna)

Built in the fourteenth century, the castle or strong house of Montfaucon stirs the imagination. This four-walled construction and massive round pillars rests on a foundation stone on which a facing hard flint was added at the ancient moat in order to preserve the tightness of its foundations.
Due to its defensive function, affirmed by a drawbridge on the main facade and consequent vertical slits in the latrine tower, this building can be likened to a fortress. In basement develops a network of underground tunnels which served as a refuge. During World War I, Montfaucon has become a "Castle prison."
Today the castle is a venerable ruin which has suffered the ravages of time but this site can not be ignored because since 2001 he is listed in the inventory of historical monuments.
