Djibouti: 3rd Conference of Ministers responsible for infrastructure COMESA

The 3rd conference of ministers responsible for infrastructure (Transport, Communication, Energy) member countries of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), opened yesterday at the Hotel Kempinski Palace of Djibouti City.
